Alembic Health Communications launches a new website on vaccinations for adolescents

12.21.09

Alembic Health Communications, a health advocacy communications agency, launched a new website for AdolescentVaccination.org. The website was created on behalf of the National Foundation for Infectious Diseases (NFID) and is central to its effort to raise awareness on the need to properly vaccinate adolescents. This project represents a continuation of Great Jakes’ partnership with Alembic.

The new website extends the branding originally developed by Great Jakes for a related website, AdultVaccination.org, which communicates a similar message to a different demographic. Though the two share the same framework, the new website delivers a different look that includes:
  • A red-orange color scheme that will be used across all print and web informational materials for the adolescent vaccination initiative
  • Engaging imagery that clearly identifies the relevant demographic
  • Content optimized to concisely communicate key information to busy parents of adolescents
  • Resources to assist healthcare providers and the media in communicating the importance of vaccination for adolescents
