Sherman & Howard Launches New Website
Featuring cutting-edge design and state-of-the-art technology
Jul 15, 2024

Sherman & Howard, a law firm that’s been shaping the future of the Rocky Mountain West for over 130 years, just launched a new website designed and developed by Great Jakes. The new site features a sleek, modern look befitting the firm’s reputation in the market and positioning it for continued success. It also includes the latest tools and tech for both firm-wide and attorney-level business development.

Highlights of the new Sherman & Howard website include:

  • Q&A Module. To help communicate the firm’s collegial culture, the website features a Q&A module. This feature allows members of the firm and their team to tell authentic stories about how the firm’s positive culture has enriched their lives, both personally and professionally. These stories can be easily deployed to the Diversity and/or Careers sections.
  • Dynamic Content Teasing. The website is built with “dynamic content teasing,” an award-winning feature that helps keep visitors engaged by suggesting relevant content. Teasers can be manually curated or set to “automatic mode,” which uses a proprietary algorithm to suggest related content.
  • Person, Service, and Industry Microsites. Microsites essentially are small customizable websites that fit seamlessly within the firm’s overall website. Microsites maximize engagement by allowing visitors to read the full text of a lawyer’s content (e.g., articles, news, blog posts, and case studies) from within the service area page or bio, instead of redirecting them to other sections of the site.
  • Animation and Transitions. The website features a luxurious user experience thanks to graceful page-load animations and smooth page transitions. These animated effects were possible only because the website was built using ReactJS, a cutting-edge front-end website technology.
  • ADA compliance. The website was designed and built to be compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). For example, the website has been optimized for screen-readers (used by the seeing impaired) and is fully navigable via keyboard (for people with motor disabilities).
